We’re a referral service
Madison Cleanouts does not perform cleanouts, junk removal, hauling, estate sales or any other service at your property. We connect you with independent companies that do. Those companies are not our employees or agents. Any agreement for work, including price, schedule, insurance and what happens to your belongings, is between you and the company you hire.
We don’t guarantee that a company will be available, respond by a certain time, or meet any standard of work. Before you hire anyone, get a written quote, ask for proof of insurance, and confirm how items will be donated, recycled or disposed of.
