Madison Cleanouts (madisoncleanouts.com) is a referral service operated by Consistent Solutions (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, call our number or send a request, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you call (608) 925-3994: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, caller ID information your carrier provides, and a recording of the call. The call is answered through a call-tracking service (CallRail) that routes and records it on our behalf.
- When you use the request form: the name, phone number, town and message you type in, plus your consent choice.
- When you browse: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our website host (WordPress.com) for security and basic visitor statistics.
Call recording
Calls to our number are recorded. A short message at the start of each call tells you the call may be recorded. If you don’t want to be recorded, hang up and use the request form instead. We record calls so we can pass along accurate details, resolve problems and check that calls are being routed correctly.
Who we share your information with
The point of this site is to connect you with a local cleanout company, so we share your name, phone number, town and description of your request with an independent cleanout company that serves your area. That company will contact you about your request. Once they have it, their use of your information is governed by their own practices.
We also use service providers to run the site and phone line, including WordPress.com (hosting and forms) and CallRail (call tracking and recording). We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your information to data brokers or add you to marketing lists, and we don’t send you promotional texts.
How long we keep it
We keep call records, recordings and form requests only as long as we need them to handle your request, keep business records and resolve disputes, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us not to pass your request to anyone. Call (608) 925-3994 or send a note through the contact page saying “privacy request” and we’ll respond. Information we’ve already shared with a cleanout company at your request has to be deleted by that company, and we’ll tell you who it was so you can ask them.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging services for a property. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
